2010年12月17日，日本冲绳岛，一架日本航空自卫队西南航空混合团第83航空队第204飞行队的F-15J正在进行空中加油训练。第204飞行队装备20多架F-15J/DJ战斗机，驻扎在那霸基地，是日本距离钓鱼岛最近的军事基地。除了日本航空自卫队，日本海上自卫队第5航空队的P-3C反潜巡逻机也部署于此。（An F-15J flies through the air during the joint refueling training between the 909th Refueling Squadron and Japan Air Self Defense Forces, Dec. 17.
