2013年11月26日，以色列南部埃拉特，以色列空军组织的“蓝旗”多国军事演习期间，参演的以色列空军第110中队的 F-16C“闪电”(Barak) 战斗机从欧夫达空军基地起飞，这次演习除以色列外还有美国，意大利和希腊参与，这也是以色列空军15年来第一次与国外飞行员一起组织此类交叉演练，由驻扎在欧夫达空军基地的“飞龙”战斗机中队扮演假想敌，同来访的他国空军进行较量。演习旨在加强其联合军事行动的参与度。（An Israeli Air Force F-16 departs on a combat mission during the Blue Flag exercise on Uvda Air Force Base, Israel Nov. 27, 2013. Aircraft from the 492nd Fighter Squadron deployed to participate in the exercise, which promoted improved operational capability, combat effectiveness, understanding and cooperation between the U.S., Israel, Greece, and Italy.
