During the exercise, military and civilian agencies worked together to respond to a simulated downed aircraft. They were faced with a variety of injuries from simple cuts and scrapes to severe injuries and even deaths that would result if this were a real scenario. The purpose of the exercise was to evaluate policies, procedures, equipment and personnel while providing the military and civilian agencies another opportunity to collaborate in preparation for potential emergencies.
