英国林肯郡科宁斯比空军基地，二架“兰开斯特”轰炸机编队进行飞行表演，这是时隔50年以来这种轰炸机再次编队飞行。它们分别是英国空军的“兰开斯特”B1，绰号“桑普”，以及来自加拿大军用飞机历史博物馆的“兰开斯特”B10，绰号“维拉”。（Today, 14 August 2014, two Lancaster aircraft, the RAF’s Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF) and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum (CWHM) ‘Vera’ (named for its identification markings V-RA), flew in formation over RAF Coningsby’s airfield in front of Air Officer Commanding No 1 Group, Air Vice-Marshal S D Atha DSO MA BSC RAF.）
