瑞典空军第212战斗机中队（北博滕省）两架 JAS-39C“鹰狮”战斗机抵达内华达州内利斯空军基地，参加7月14日至8月3日的“红旗 08-4”联合空战演习，此次一共有七架“鹰狮”参演，也是瑞典空军第212战斗机中队首次参加“红旗”演习。（Swedish air force JAS 39 Gripen fighters arrive at Nellis AFB, Nev., on July 14 for Red Flag 08-3. Seven Gripens and their crews, from the 212nd Fighter Squadron at Norrbotten Wing, Sweden, are participating in their first Red Flag exercise at Nellis. Red Flag 08-3 runs July 19 - Aug. 2. Aircraft from the Brazilian and Turkish air forces will join Swedish and U.S. forces for the exercise.）
