Some of the 3000 Canadian Forces (CF) members from the Army and Air Force along with United States soldiers will be deployed to Canadian Forces Base Wainwright to participate in Exercise Maple Resolve. Exercise Maple Resolve is a month long exercise held in October by the 5th Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group (5CMBG) from Valcartier, QC. The exercise will provide valuable training to CF members should any request for deployment arise in the coming year.）
