2015年8月27日，英国最后一架适航的“火神”轰炸机和二架美军 F-15C“鹰”编队飞越莱肯希思空军基地，这是“火神”第一次也是最后一次和“鹰”式战斗机同飞。在完成一系列纪念飞行之后，这架“火神”将进入博物馆静展。（The U.K. Avro Vulcan XH558, accompanied by two F-15C Eagles assigned to the 48th Fighter Wing, fly over Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England, Aug. 27, 2015, during a flyover. This historic event marks the first and last time these aircraft will ever fly together. This particular Vulcan was the first one to be delivered to the RAF and now the last complete Vulcan in the world.）
