TAMEX 12-2, is an anti-submarine warfare exercise, conducted by RAAF, US Navy and RAN in the West Australian Exercise Area (WAXA) and hosted by RAAF Base Pearce from June 4 to 15, 2012. RAAF AP-3C Orion aircraft and personnel of 92 Wing took part with HMAS Collins, RAN Seahawk helicopters from 816 Squadron and two P-8 Poseidon aircraft and a P-3 Orion from the USN. The exercise served to develop co-operative maritime surveillance interoperability and Anti Submarine Warfare procedures between 92 Wing, RAN and coalition forces.）
