This is a joint Australian and Malaysian friendship exercise involving Australia’s 3 Squadron and Malaysia’s 17/19 Skuadron. NO 3 Squadron deployed 8 F/A-18 Hornets to conduct air to air training missions with Malaysia’s 17/19 Skuadron’s MiG 29's.）
