南中国海，2013年“联合海上战备和训练”演习中，马来西亚海军 WG-13“超级山猫”MK100 直升机降落到美国海军自由号濒海战斗舰上，该演习也被简称为卡拉（CARAT）多边联合演习，自1995年开始每年中旬举行一次，是美国和东南亚国家的定期演习。本次参演国包括孟加拉，文莱，柬埔寨，印度尼西亚，马来西亚，菲律宾，东帝汶，新加坡和泰国。(SOUTH CHINA SEA (June 18, 2013) A Royal Malaysian navy Super Lynx lands on the flight deck of the littoral combat ship USS Freedom (LCS 1) during deck landing qualifications. The Super Lynx helicopter, call sign RENTAP, is the first foreign helicopter to ever land on Freedom. Freedom is in Malaysia participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) 2013. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timore Leste.)
