菲律宾邦板牙省克拉克空军基地，美菲 PHIBLEX 14 两栖登陆演习中，美国海军陆战队VMFA-232战斗攻击机中队的 F/A-18C 战斗机进行飞机救援和消防培训。PHIBLEX 14 演习自2013年9月18日开始至10月11日结束，演习地点包括三描礼士(Zambales)、丹辘(Tarlac)、甲美地(Cavite)、班巴加(Pampanga)等4省以及大马尼拉地区的的军营。演习内容包括双边海上安全，领土防御，野战、空地作战，人道援助以及社区亲善。（Philippine and U.S. Marines conduct aircraft rescue and firefighting training at Clark Air Field, Pampanga, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 26 during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. Bilateral training during PHIBLEX 14 ensures Philippine and U.S. forces are capable of integrating effectively to conduct humanitarian assistance and regional security missions. The day of training familiarized the Armed Forces of the Philippines members with U.S. egress procedures should an aircraft mishap incident occur.
