2016年11月5日，首次韩美英“无敌盾牌”联合空中演习，英国空军两架“台风”FGR4战斗机抵达韩国乌山空军基地，这是自朝鲜战争以后英国空军第一次向朝鲜半岛派出飞机。该演习由韩国空军举办，自2016年11月4日至11月10日止。（Two Royal Air Force Eurofighter Typhoon FGR4s taxi off of the runway after landing at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Nov. 5, 2016.
